Patrick Michel joined Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR in 2011.

Patrick has over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector helping his clients purchase, sell, and lease commercial assets. He focuses on commercial, industrial, and investment properties in the acquisition, disposition, and reposition of underperforming assets.

He began his career as a Marketing Consultant, and he brings that marketing-based mindset and tremendous drive for success to established himself in the Southern California Commercial Real Estate Market.
