Steve Warshauer

Principal
Steve Warshauer earned his B.S. Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. He also has earned a Chartered Life Underwriter (C.L.U.) designation from The American College of Life Underwriters and a Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (C.R.B.) designation. He served as President and Managing Broker for Belmont Financial Corp., DBA Dolphin Properties from 1974 to 2000. His commercial experience dates back to the mid-1970s with emphasis on Multi-Family including Motel sales as well as Industrial sales and single tenant NNN investments. In 2000, Steve joined First Team Real Estate serving as Managing Broker for their three Long Beach locations. His responsibilities included Regional Advisor for First Team Commercial and instructor for several commercial courses offered First Team Agents. Steve served as the Director of First Team’s Commercial Division for three years prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR.

Professional activities include President of the Long Beach Board of Realtors in 1985, Board of Directors 1985-1988 and Realtor of the Year in 1988. Steve also served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors from 1985 to 1989. In 1987 Steve was elected Chairman of the Long Beach Investment and Exchange Group.

Steve has held a California Broker’s License since 1974 and a Nevada Brokers License since 2012. He is an active member of the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCREC), ACRE, AIR, Loopnet, Costar and ICSC.

Principal
Sheva Hosseinzadeh is a Principal with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR. She is a California State Long Beach graduate with a degree in Finance and a concentration in investments. Shortly after graduating college, Sheva entered the corporate world as a Business Consultant for Subway Corporate. She spent several years assisting franchisee’s in opening new locations, expanding their business, building on sales, marketing, training, and etc. Sheva’s Subway corporate knowledge and experience allows her to understand the needs of small business owners and as well as working with National Brands.

Sheva has been with our firm for almost 10 years, she is filled with motivation, energy, and a drive to be successful. Being born and raised in Long Beach has allowed her to be extremely familiar and knowledgeable of the Long Beach Area. Her love for the city has also greatly influenced her desire to become an expert in this territory.

John Eddy

Executive Vice President
John Eddy is a 30-year real estate veteran focusing on industrial, commercial and investment real estate in disposition, investment, and leasing operations. He was one of the founders of Inco Company, a Long Beach-based commercial real estate firm, and was named President in 1993. He remained in this role until divesting of the company in 2002. In mid-2002, Mr. Eddy formed Eddy Properties, Inc. representing property owners, developers and investors in their industrial and commercial needs in the greater Long Beach area. Eddy Properties, Inc. and Blair Commercial Real Estate merged companies in 2006 to become Blair Commercial Real Estate, Inc., one of the most well respected and experienced commercial brokerages in Southern California.

Christa Vessell is an Associate Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR. Christa graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and has previous work experience in crisis counseling. Kathie Lozano Sitton has worked in real estate for 32 years and is a second-generation Long Beach, California resident. Kathie’s career covers a broad scope of commercial real estate including property management, leasing and sales, finance and accounting, acquisitions and dispositions, and investment analysis. Having spent the last 4 years in residential sales, Kathie is very excited to be joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Blair and getting back into the commercial marketplace.
